Kingdom Health Alliance is the plan sponsor of the benefits plans for faith-based employers. Intelant Companies, LLC provides advisory services to Kingdom Health Alliance in plan design, creation and management of the KHA plans. Intelant also provides broker and advisory services to organizations purchasing their employee benefits through Kingdom Health Alliance. Intelant will provide the proposal for all benefit plans offered by Kingdom Health Alliance. All information entered will be confidential and will only used by Intelant to determine pricing for plans available through Kingdom Health Alliance. Upon completion of the initial application, you will receive an email from your Intelant representative with further correspondence, pricing and plan set up.
